This is a fantastic tool to practice pronunciation. It presents a large set of speech samples from a variety of language backgrounds. Native and non-native speakers of English read the same paragraph and are carefully transcribed. The archive is used to compare and analyze the accents of different English speakers. The tool has some advantages such as listening of different English speakers and analyses of different accents in deep. Moreover, there is a specific place to search what they want to listen to carefully. The only disadvantage is that you need to get the QuickTime plug-in program to play the sound clips. It is an excellent tool to work with your students. Your students can record their voices reading the paragraphs that appear in the program and they compare with the sound clips of the program finding mistakes and making improvements in their pronunciation.
Here is an example.
